6 days Annapurna Base Camp/ABC Trek from Kathmandu is for physically fit trekkers who want to trek ABC in a very short time. This is a legendary trek full of natural and cultural beauty with great view of Mount Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchare, Gangapurna and Mardi Himal.
The Kathmandu to ABC Trek is possible throughout the year. However, Spring and Autumn is the best season. Be careful with landslides and Avalanches while trek to Annapurna base camp in winter and summer. ACAP and TIMS is necessary documents for Kathmandu to Annapurna Base Camp Trek.

Day 1: Kathmandu to Chhomrong(2140m) via Pokhara.
Kathmandu to Pokhara(950m) by flight and drive to Siwai/Motqyu (1230m) via Nayapul(1010m) for 3 hours,Trek to Chhommrong(2140m,4 hours walk)
Day 2: Chommrong to Himalaya(2920m, 18km, 7 to 8 hours)
The trail descends down a stone staircase to the Chhomrong Khola and we continue climbing to small village named Sinuwa (2340m). The trail leads us through the dense forest further on. Then the route travels very steeply down a rock bank through thick bamboo at the bottom of the gorge to Bamboo. And after lunch we go up along the Modi Khola forest to the Dovan. All the way we will climb through serene bamboo and rhododendron mixed forests nearby the Himalayan Hotel. Stay overnight at tea house.
Day 3: Himalaya to Machhapuchre Base Camp(3700m, 3 to 4 hours) and visit Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) back to MBC(3 to 4 hours)
Risk of snow avalanches during spring in the area that we need to cross early in the morning. The area, known as Hinko cave used for porter’s shelter in previous time. We then continue to Deurali. On the ridge above Hinko is the stretch of trail that is subject to avalanches. The trail leads us into the heart of the Sanctuary at the Annapurna Base Camp for our overnight stay. The trail goes uphill for few hours passing some roofless shepherds huts along the side of a moraine - this area is windy and often snowbound. The trail climbs on past the Machhapuchre Base Camp (3,700m), which isn’t really a base camp since climbing the mountain is not permitted. From here to Annapurna Base Camp, we’ll walk upon 2 hours of trail offering wonderful Himalaya scenery like: Hiunchuli (6,441m), South Annapurna (7,219m), Annapurna I (7,219m), Tent Peak/ Tharpu Chuli ( 5,665m), Singu Chuli/Fluted Peak (6,501m), Gangapurna (7,544m), Annapurna III (7,219m)-only can see from MBC, Gandharwa Chuli (6,248m) and Machhapuchhre /Fishtail (6,997m). You will feel in another planet while get in Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m) known as Annapurna Sanctuary. An amazing of snow capped mountains are surrounding around you. After explore at ABC, you will walk back to MBC for overnight stay at a guesthouse.
Day 4: Machhapuchre Base Camp to Jhinu Danda /hot spring (1780m, 8 to 9 hours)
After breakfast we drop down to Bamboo, collecting boundless experiences. This morning we glimpse sunrise and the last evening sunset over Mt. Annapurna I, Annapurna Fangs. The unobstructed views of mountain scenery, which is very spectacular as it’s totally surrounded by mountains. We know come to know why this area is known as the Annapurna Sanctuary. After having spent a great time here, we retrace the journey back to Jhinu Danda /hot spring for the overnight stay. The trail follows the same route until Chommrong. Once we have passed Khuldighar there is an experimental sheep farm, the trail continues through rhododendron and bamboo forests with majestic mountains scenery, especially Mt. Machhapuchhre. From the ancient Gurung village Chomrong, the trail descends very steeply to the Jhinu hot springs. Stay overnight at tea house.
Day 5: Jhinu Danda to Siwai/Motqyu (1230m, 3 to 4 hours, drive to Pokhara (950m, 3 hours)
In the morning you will visit Hot Spring /Tatopani beside the Modi Khola river bank, where you can bathe in natural hot springs, walking only 20 minutes from Jhinu Danda. Then back to teahouse for breakfast and the trail for today first descends to the Komrong Khola and gets New Bridge, where you follow the river bank and through the forest to the Siwai/Motqyu (1,230m) through Kyum. We will drive back to Pokhara by sharing Jeep or bus to pokhara it takes 3 to 4 hours. Stay at Pokhara for overnight.
Day 6: Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist bus.
Breakfast and get tourist bus drive back to Kathmandu for 6 hours scenic drive through on the main highway road passing terraces, streams, rivers, local settlements, and high hills. It takes about 30 minutes flying time with spectacular views of the Himalayas, high hills, terraces, local settlements, and forests.
