7 days Annapurna Circuit Trek is the shortest route of Annapurna circuit trek. The trek starts from Manang and finish in Muktinath which covers 34 km on foot journey means trekking. Although Besishahar is the original starting point of Annapurna Circuit Trek in Nepal before the road construction to Manang. The 7 days Annapurna circuit trek starts from Manang after 110 km drive by local sharing jeep from Besishahar. Annapurna Circuit Trek is the most favorite treks in Nepal liked by many trekkers. There are some of the most popular route options for Annapurna circuit like the complete route means full Annapurna circuit trek starts at Bhulbhule and ends at Nayapul that covers 260 km, the start route of Annapurna circuit trek begins at Jagat and finish at Jomsom, this trek covers 136 km and the combined route of Annapurna circuit trek starts at Jagat, and bus drive from Jomsom to Tatopani, trek to Nayapul via Ghorepani Poon Hill that covers 174 km in total distance. 

The Annapurna circuit trek is a high altitude trek through remote and difficult to access areas of Nepal. Travel insurance highly recommends. There is nice guesthouses and facilities along the trail. Every guesthouses have electricity, hot shower and wi-fi at an extra paying cost. The facilities at higher altitudes like in Thorong Phedi and Thorong High Camp are more basic. No power outlets in the room, not wi-fi or very poon wi-fi, and no hot shower. The rooms are very basic usually they have two single beds, blankets, sometimes a table and a chair. Trekkers most of the time sit in the dining area because it's usually nice, warm and social. People drink tea, play cards and talk. You go to your room only for sleeping.

Food during the trek is quite diverse and usually includes Nepalese, Chinese, Indian and western dishes like spaghetti, pasta, noodles and rice with vegetable/chicken/cheese and tomato sauce, omlette, fried, boiled or scrambled eggs with potato/Cheese/vegetable, Dal Bhat includes rice, roasted vegetable, chapati and lentil soup, momos-local dumplings, pizzas and pancakes, different breads such as Chapati, Tibetan bread, toast, porridge and muesli like oats, cornflakes, muesli with honey, jam, apple or banana and all sort of soups like chicken, vegetable, garlic, tomato, noodle.

Day 1: Kathmandu to Besishahar(970m, 190km, 6 hours)
Receive you at your hotel by your guide and we will drive to Dumre via the Kathmandu-Pokhara highway, then follow the Marshyangdi River to Besisahar, a 6-hour trip overall.This is where our trek really starts. Spend night at Besishahar.
Day 2: Besishahar to Manang(3,540m, 98km, 8-9 hours)
Breakfast at Besishahar and drive by sharing jeep to Manang for 7 to 8 hours crossing the Marsyandi River, waterfall and small villages on the way out to Manang. Leaving Pisang behind, head out west, passing several small villages and fascinating Buddhist monasteries before arriving at Manang, the largest village in the area.
Day 3: In Manang
Enjoy a rest day at Manang. The dramatic setting of Manang makes for a pleasant rest and acclimatization day with the added benefit of hot showers. The best way to acclimatize is to do some high climbing then return to the lower altitude of Manang for sleeping.
Day 4: Manang to Yak Kharka(4,018m,9km, 5-6 hours)
Trek through Manang, where the altitude continues to rise as the route snakes through the mountains and up to Yakkharka. Enjoy gorgeous views of the Annapurna range during the hike and from the tea house at Yak kharka.
Day 5: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi(4,450m,5km, 3-4 hours)
Trek from Yakkharka via pastures of grazing yak, small chortens and streams before arriving at Phedi.
Day 6: Throng Phedi to Muktinath crossing Thorong La Pass(3,800m,13km, 8-9 hours)
This is a tougher uphill day walking up to Muktinath crossing over Thorong La Pass(5416m). Keep a slow steady pace and enjoy the views while hiking.
Day 7: Muktinath to Pokhara(850m, 180km, 9 - 10 hours drive)
Breakfast, get local jeep drive to Jomsom for an hour drive and then get bus drive to Pokhara via Marpha, Kalopani, Ghasa, Tatopani and Beni, then Pokhara Baglung highway that takes whole day drive for 9 to 10 hours. Evening arrive in Pokhara and stay night at hotel in Pokhara.
