Day 1: Arrive to Kathmandu
Upon arrival at Tribhuban International Airport, your Kathmandu tour guide will greet you and transport you to your hotel.The tourist hub of Thamel is a good place to wander around and head to the busiest bazaar in the city, Ason Tole, which offers an authentic display of spice, fish, and vegetable stands that make for great photo options.
Day 2: Everest Mountain Flight and Kathmandu Tour.
Before breakfast, you will take an early morning flight for 1 hour to see Mount Everest as well as Nepal's other mighty peaks. It's a spectacular flight that flies east along the Himalayan range to Mt Everest and back. You will be picked up from your hotel, shuttled to the domestic airport, and will be back at your hotel in time for breakfast. During the flight, looking out the left hand side of the plane, you will see famous peaks such as Shisha Pangma (8,013 m), Cho-Oyu (8,201 m), Nuptse (7,855 m), and finally Everest (8,848 m), known as Sagarmatha by Nepalese and Chomolungma by the Tibetans. Day 5: Depart Kathmandu
Time to say goodbye to Nepal. Enjoy your last moments in Kathmandu with breakfast in a cafe, a city stroll, and souvenir shopping.Your guide will meet you at your hotel and drive you to the airport for your return flight home.Good to be at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure.
