Seti river rafting is famous for its warm white waters, incredible scenery and beautiful camping places. The gentle Seti River spills down from the slopes of the Fishtail glacier and disappears underground near to Pokhara, emerging out warmer on the other side. The Seti River may rage in the monsoon, making a four hour trip for the hardcore paddlers. Seti River rafting is an ideal rafting trip for beginners and kayakers, everyone can enjoy it.

Seti white water rafting passes through the lime stone gorge of beautiful Pokhara valley. Seti River is very famous for unspoiled greenish jungle scenery, excellent bird watching site, local cultural heritage and beautiful clean beaches, many small and undemanding rapids. In the monsoon season, water volume level rises up so the strength of the rapids increases and attracts rafters to challenge with its real adrenaline.

Seti River is the best river for learning kayaking and also recommended for family trip. The water temperature is incredibly warm, making it a popular choice for winter trips and also for kayak clinics for the course of beginners, diploma and advanced as well. Seti River Rafting is also possible to combine with Annapurna Trek, Pokhara and Chitwan National Park Tour. The Upper Seti Rafting is a roller-coaster of non-stop white-water action. It is the classic 'home run' for all those in Pokhara as it is only a 30 minute journey from Pokhara to rafting pun in point.

Day 01: Pokhara to Damauli and rafting to Sarang Ghat.
Morning we take a drive to Damauli, the starting point of rafting. Commence rafting trip. Pack lunch on the way. Camping at Corridor of jungle near the riverbank called Sarang Ghat.
Day 02: SarangGhat to Kathmandu or Chitwan or Pokhara.
After breakfast a quick pack up and set out for white water rafting again. We will raft up to put out point Gaighat. Approximately at 3 pm we drive back to Kathmandu/ Chitwan National Park and Pokhara. Our trip is over here.
