Pisang Peak is a popular trekking peak
in the Annapurna sanctuary region of
North-Central Nepal. It's located north
of the Town of Pisang and Annapurnna II.
Pisang Peak is consider as easy trekking
peak among other trekking peak but
Pisang peak is also found very difficult
by some our valued climbers and
complained us that this is not also easy
one. So as you would expect you have to
have a good walking, hiking and climbing
habit.
Pisang peak obviously has a lot of scope
for exploration and pioneering the whole
of the western flank, which is guarded
by hanging glacier, would appear to
offer a considerable challenge, whilst a
traverse of the whole summit ridge,
which connect to a more northern summit
before curving back west looks a superb
possibility. Access to the western end
of the ridge, however, looks
problematical as the ridge as guarded by
huge rock slabs, a feature on this side
of the valley.
Pisang Peak Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu,
arrival you will be received by trekking
manager and escorted to your hotel in
Kathmandu. Our trekking manager will
give you pre-trek briefing. Rest of time
is leisure.
Day 02 : after breakfast, We will
offer you sightseeing tour in Kathmandu
Valley including Pashupatinath Temple,
Buddha Stupa, Patan, Durbar Square,
Monkey temple, Bhaktapur back to
Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03 : Drive to Bensisahar,
overnight at lodge or local guest house.
Day 04 : Trek to Bahundanda, lodge
or local guest house.
Day 05 : Trek to Chyamje, lodge or
local guest house.
Day 06 : Trek to Dharapani, lodge or
local guest house.
Day 07 : Trek to Chame, lodge or
local guest house.
Day 08 : Trek to Pisang, lodge or
local guest house.
Day 09 : Trek to Pisang base camp,
overnight in tented camp.
Day 10 : Acclimatization at Base
camp, overnight in tented camp.
Day 11 : Ascent to High camp,
overnight in tented camp.
Day 12 : Summit up to Pisang peak
and back to base camp, overnight in
tented camp.
Day 13 : Trek to Pisang, lodge or
local guest house.
Day 14 : Trek to Danaque, lodge or
local guest house.
Day 15 : Trek to Chyamje, lodge or
local guest house.
Day 16 : Trek to Ngadi, lodge or
local guest house.
Day 17 : Trek and drive to
Bensisahar, lodge or local guest house.
Day 18 : Drive back to Kathmandu,
overnight at hotel.
Day 19 : Leisure day in Kathmandu,
overnight at hotel.
Day 20 : Transfer to airport,
departure
