Makalu is the 5th Highest mountain in the world and this is near by the top of the world (Everest). This region is blessed with an incredible diversity of natural beauty and culture. Due to its isolation and lack of tea houses this area still receives few trekkers. Sherpa Rai and Limbus are the main habitants in this area. Walking north of the Arun river to Sedua and Nun, then crossing Barun La(4110m.) into the upper Barun Khola valley for a close look at Makalu(8463m).The second part of the trek is very difficult and almost impossible without previous experience.

Day 03 : Chichira – Num
Day 04 : Num – Seduwa
Day 05 : Seduwa – Tashi Gaon
Day 06 : Tashi Gaon – Kauma
Day 07 : Kauma rest.
Day 08 : Kauma – Mumbuk
Day 09 : Mumbuk – Ripock Kharka
Day 10 : Ripock Kharka – Shersang
Day 11 : Shersang – Makalu base camp
Day 12 : Makalu base camp Excursion
Day 13 : Base camp – Back to Ripock Kharka
Day 14 : Ripock Kharka – Mumbuk
Day 15 : Mumbuk – Kauma
Day 16 : Kauma – Tashi Gaon
Day 17 : Tashi Gaon – Num
Day 18 : Num – Chichira
Day 19 : Chichira – Khandbari
Day 20 : Khandbari – Tumlingtar
Day 21 : Tumlingtar – By plane to Kathmandu
