Lobuche East Peak |
|
Peak climbing in Nepal specially
climbing to Lobuche peak is one of the
most popular trekking peaks in Nepal.
The peak is an attractive summit and
offers various routes for climbing. Seen
from near Pheriche, the dark triangle of
its rocky east face rises above the
moraines of the Khumbu Glacier to and
icy skyline. This skyline forms the
south ridges, the junction of the east
faces with the glaciated south west face
and the line of the normal route of
ascent. This in turn leads to the summit
ridge running North West from the top of
the east faces through several small
summits to the east peak. The views of
Amadablam and Tawache are superb from
here.
Lobuche East Peak Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu,
arrival you will be received by trekking
manager and escorted to your hotel in
Kathmandu. Our trekking manager will
give you pre-trek briefing. Rest of time
is leisure.
Day 02 : after breakfast, We will offer
you sightseeing tour in Kathmandu Valley
including Pashupatinath Temple, Buddha
Stupa, Patan, Durbar Square, Monkey
temple, Bhaktapur back to Kathmandu.
Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03 : Fly to Lukla and Trek to
Phakding
Day 04 : Trek to Namche
Day 05 : Namche – Acclimatization day
Day 06 : Trek to Tengboche
Day 07 : Trek to Dingboche
Day 08 : Dingboche – Acclimatization day
Day 09 : Trek to Lobuche
Day 10 : Trek to Everest Base Camp and
Stay at Gorakshep
Day 11 : Climb Kalapathar and back to
Lobuche
Day 12 : Trek to Lobuche Peak Base Camp
Day 13 : High Camp
Day 14 : Summit - Base Camp
Day 15 : Extra day for Summit
Day 16 : Trek to Pheriche
Day 17 : Trek to Tengboche
Day 18 : Trek to Monjo
Day 19 : Trek to Lukla
Day 20 : Fly to Kathmandu
