This trekking area encircles the famous
Annapurna range and pass through a great
variety of landscape and vegetation:
from the tropical diversity to the
Tibetan Plateau. A breath taking view of
Annapurna and Dhaulagiri can also be
enjoyed. The highest point is the
Thorong La pass (5416m). The trek gives
also the opportunity to see different
pictures of some ethnic group's of
central Nepal Like: Magar, Gurung and
Thakali. The trekkers require excellent
health and to be physically fit. The
highly praised and spectacular trekking
route makes your traveling a different
experience ever in lifetime. Also the
great deal of traditional culture and
the unique hospitality of the native
people can definitely help to erase your
tired mind in course of you great
journey. This trek is specially designed
considering those individual who have
only few time in Nepal and very
interested to explore this area by
Throng La pass ( 5416m).Hence, this
short but exclusive trek program is
basically targeted to enjoy the
Himalayan spirit through unique
adventure as well as within short period
of time. Anyone with sound health can
join this trek since this trek has been
set on the basis of slow hike pace to
get full acclimatization with a view to
enable our clients to get ultimate fun
to trekking in this Himalayan paradise.

Annapurna Circuit Trek Itinerary
Day 01 : Your arrival to Tribhuwan International
Airport (TIA), we pick you up at Airport and transfer to
hotel. Overnight at hotel on BB basis.
Day 02 : Drive Kathmandu to Besishahar (795m).
Nearly, 5/6 hours scenic drive by car / van/bus. Overnight
at Guest House on full board ( breakfast, lunch and dinner)
basis.
Day 03 : Besishahar to Bahundanda (1310m)
Besishahar is the starting point of this trek. The trail
goes a bit down and then Nepali flat to Khudi (790m), the
first Gurung village of this trek (Gurung are famed for
Gurkha Soldiers). Views of Himalchuli, and Peak 29 (Ngadi
Chuli) watching at you on the trail. Then it climbs to
Bhulbhule (825m),and goes to Ngadi before reaching Lampata
(1150m ), it is nearby Bahundanda (1310m).
Overnight at Guest House on FB basis.
Day 04 : Bahundanda to Chyamje (1450m).
The trail drops steeply to Syange (1070m), then crossing the
Marsyangdi River on a suspension bridge, it goes along the
Marsyandi river for about one hours, and goes steep climb
uphill to the stone village Jagat. After Jagat, we walk on
Nepali flat for short time, at the end it goes steep uphill
through jungles to Chyamje.

Day 05 : Chyamje to Dharapani/Bagarchhap (2160m).
The day begins with the rocky trail following the Marsyandi
Rivers steadily uphill to Tal (1675m), the first village in
the Manang district. The journey continues making up and
down to Dharapani( 1900m)..After one hours walking from
Dharapani we cpme tp Bagarchhap ( 2160m) where we can see
typical flat roofed stone houses of Tibetan style. We
overnight at Guest house.
Day 06 : Bagarchhap to Chame (2630m).
Fighting often with rough and rocky trail, climb steep up
hill and some time Nepali flat through pine forests,villages
and terrace field trekking about 4/5 hours we finally come
to Chame. Chame is the dictrict headquarter of Manang.
Annapurna II come close smiling at you. Also River
Marsyangdi there provide you warm water for washing your
face and feet. We stay overnight at GuestHouse.
Day 07 : Chame to Pisang (3300m).
The trail goes steep up,down and some time really Nepali
flat. We walk on the trail of really highland pine forests.
The scenery looks really fantastic. Of seeing the landscape,
you never feel tired though you re tired. Then we come
Pisang, a Tibetan style small town. We stay overnight at
GuestHouse.
Day 08 : Pisang to Manang (3500m).
Today we continue through the drier upper part of the Manang
district, cut off from the full effect of the monsoon by the
Anapurna Range. People of this region, herd yaks & raise
crops for part of the year besides, they also continue to
enjoy special trading rights gained way back in 1784.
There are an alternate trails north and south of the
Marsyangdi River which meet up again at Mungji. The southern
route by Hongde ( 3325m) a open dry desert valley with
airport. This route is less climbing than the northern route
via Ghyaru. The route via Ghyaru is difficult and more steep
uphill though we can see better views on the trail that
follows the northern bank of the river. From Mungji, the
trail continues past the picturesque but partially hidden
village of Brqga( 3475m ), nearby Manang (3500m)
we stay overnight at Guest House.
Day 09 : Manang - Acclimatization day
Today we spend a day acclimatizing in Manang. The whole day
we spend by doing some fine day walks and overviewing the
magnificent views around the village. Manang is probably the
biggest village in Manang. You can get every facility there,
but costly. We stay overnight at hotel. There is a hospital
supported by Himalayan Rescue Association.
Day 10 : Manang to Ledar (4250m).
It takes only 4 hours to Yakharka/Ledar. 40 minutes after
Yakharka,it comes Leder.The trail goes almost uphill. We
overnight at GuestHouse.
Day 11 : Ledar to Throngphedi/High camp (4600m).
The trail descends to the river (4310m), we then climb up to
Phedi (4420m) It takes is about and half hours to be Throng
High (4600m).Now there are some good Guesthouses. We stay
overnight at GuestHouse.
Day 12 : Phedi/High Camp to Muktinath (3710m).
It is the top day for trekkers. We have to start our trek
early at 4.00 in the morning. The trail goes steep up hill
continuously for four/five hours to the top, Thorung La pass
(5416m). However, the problem may arise due to the altitude
and snow. It is difficult to cross the pass if it is covered
by snow. About four hours climbing, we come to the pass
marked by the chortens & prayer flags. So congratulation for
the succession. On the top, you are rewarded by the
magnificent views. From the top, the trail descend
continuously steep downhill to Muktinath.
we stay overnight at GuestHouse.
Day 13 : Muktinath to Jomsom (2713m.)
Muktinath is a beautiful pilgrimage town. There is Bishnu
temple,behind the temple there are 108 water tap. After
having bath on this tap, it is believed that unknowingly
done sin on our life is washed out. Natural flaming is
another highlight of Muktinath. The trail goes steep down
hill to Eklebhatti, then walk along the bank of Kaligandaki
river to Jomsom.
Day 14 : Fly back to Pokhara (about 30 minutes short,
scenic flight).
Free day in Pokhara. Overnight at hotel on BB basis.
Day 15 : Drive back to Kathmandu by Private Car /
Van/bus - about 5/6 hours scenic drive.
Day 16 : Full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu
valley (Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhu, and
Kathmandu durbar square). Overnight at hotel. B.B.
Day 17 : Transfer to Airport for your onward Journey.
